Three-section type current protection schematic diagram of the line

The schematic wiring diagram and expansion diagram of the line three-section current protection are shown in Figure 15.  KA1, KA2, KS1 constitutes instantaneous current break; KA3, KA4, KT1, KS2 constitutes limited electric current break; KA5, KA6, KT2, KS3 constitutes fixed time overcurrent.

The three sections of protection are acting on a public exit intermediate relay KOM, Any section of protection action starts KOM, to trip the circuit breaker, while the signal relay of the corresponding section drops the card, so the personnel on duty can judge which protective action is from the card drop indication, and then judge the approximate range of the fault.
